Since I was young I have always loved nourishing others, experiencing taste with others, and sharing my love by helping others in the kitchen. With a life long immersion in all things food, formal education and work experience I have become fast, skilled at design, focused on detail, and consistent. My culinary experience over the past fifteen years includes garde manger, line cooking, pastry arts, and I have worked in the business side of culinary in instructional development. I love to learn, am reliable, self-starting, patient, flexible, and always looking forward to the next opportunities!
